  • How do you choose your best path forward so that your Third Act is filled with purpose, meaning, and joy? What are you leaving behind and what is calling you forward? Individual coaching is a safe and confidential space to explore and design your post career life - who do you want to BE and what do you want to DO in your Third Act? 

    Third Acts offers a variety of coaching packages, so let’s talk about what might work best for you.

  • If you’re starting your Third Act at the same time as your partner - or maybe one of you is still continuing on their career path for a while longer – it’s helpful to explore what the Third Act looks like for your partnership. What do we want to experience together? What is exclusively mine, what is exclusively yours? What story do we want to be able to tell about our joint Third Act? What will we regret if we don’t do it? This is not couples’ therapy – although it may be a great add on if you are currently going through couples’ counseling. Third Act coaching for couples helps couples define what they need to flourish now that their prior identities are shifting.

  • A few times a year, Third Acts Coaching offers retreats to take a deep dive into designing your Third Act with a group of fellow searchers. Join us to explore your third act in community with others. Benefit from the collective wisdom and get inspired by your colleagues’ stories. We’ll announce more details and this year’s dates soon. 

  • For coaching clients or if you participated in a daylong retreat, Third Acts coaching offers membership in a monthly, facilitated peer group to ask questions, share learnings and offer inspiration. We’ll also invite guest speakers for additional learning.
